AV Wall to Retire in November, 2025

The AV Wall Board has voted to retire The Mobile Vietnam Memorial Wall after the November, 2025 display in Palmdale. The decision was made after much discussion and prayer.

Our Board and Committee’s dedication and our incredible volunteers are what help make The AV Wall so special. We have touched the lives of thousands of people.

Our Wall has traveled much more than we ever imagined. It was never intended to be on permanent outdoor display. The material cannot withstand the elements for a long period of time.

After retirement, The AV Wall will be decommissioned and the individual panels will be offered to interested persons in a hierarchical order (Gold Star Families, original donors, committee members, volunteers, other interested parties.)

Please direct any questions regarding The AV Wall retirement to Stacia Nemeth, Mike Bertell, or Linda Willis.
